Lenten Reconciliation Service This Wednesday night at 7 PM. Please join us to continue to reflect on God’s mercy and great love. This is our only communal reconciliation service before Easter.
Want to Do Something Positive this Lent? Want To Grow Closer To God? It’s not too late to join a “Circle of Prayer group. There are several options of time during the week. Circle of Prayer is somewhat similar to Renew or Disciples in Mission or Ambassadors for Christ – groups which we have done at St. Mary’s in past years. This is a way to make this Lenten season more meaningful. The groups will meet once a week for each of the five weeks of Lent. Groups will meet for 1 – 1 ½ hours in the chapel. Monday’s @ 2:45 or 7:00 PM Tuesday’s @ 9:30 AM or 7:00 PM Wednesday’s @ 6:00 PM Men’s group – Thursday’s @ 7:00 PM
Infant Baptism Classes Parents wishing to have their children (kindergarten or younger) baptized need to come to our infant baptism prep session. The Work of our Hands A Retreat for Needleworkers with the Scriptures and The Rule of St. Benedict. We will reflect on our beautiful and creative work and how God works through us. Divorce Care For persons who are divorced or divorcing meets on Tuesdays at 7 PM in the Parish House basement. This is a video series/ discussion group. Please spread the word to anyone you know who is divorced or divorcing. Thanks!
Grief Recovery Retreat Here grieving participants will find a safe place to deal with the feelings that may follow a significant loss. Beginning Experience is an ecumenical renewal retreat weekend for widowed, permanently separated and divorced. The weekend consists of presentations by team members, periods for private personal reflection and small group dialogues. Where: The griffin Center, Milwaukie, Ore. When it’s time to replace your washer, consider a front loading machine which uses 10 gallons of water per load.

Please join us For WCC (Whole Community Catechesis) next Sunday – March 18. We will begin at noon with lunch and then gather in the church about 12:35. The session will end at 2 PM. Our topic on the 18th is The Stations of the Cross and Lent. If you can’t come on Sunday, we will have a repeat session Weds. night, March 21, at 5:30 PM.
Knit One! Pray One! The next meeting for the Prayer Shawl Ministry will be Monday, March 12 at 9:00a.m. in the basement of the parish house. Anyone interested in discovering the joy of this ministry is welcome and you need not have knitting or crocheting experience. We are willing to teach you these ancient arts of the work of our hands. The Prayer Shawl Ministry wishes to thank those of you that have contributed yarns to further our efforts. As our work continues we appreciate the support and encouragement of our parish families. Remember that shawls are ready and waiting for anyone that would like to give a shawl for someone's special need. Regis High School Invites perspective students to take a placement test from 9 to noon on March 10. The test helps the school place students in classes that best meet their academic needs. For more info, call 503 769-2159.
Nursery Beginning today, we will no longer offer nursery care during the 8:30 AM mass. This is due to lack of participants. We will still continue to offer the nursery during the 11 AM mass. Also, we are in need of at least one person (18 years or older) to work in the nursery. The pay is minimum wage. Please call the parish office if you are interested in this.
